What you will do
- Execute strategic sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities to identify experienced talent.
- Build and nurture diverse, evergreen talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Craft highly personalized outreach messages to engage passive, seasoned professionals.
- Conduct deep market research and talent mapping for corporate, GTM, and technical roles.
- Manage candidate data and sourcing intelligence within the Ashby ATS.
- Experiment with new sourcing tactics and channels to optimize response rates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing for mid-to-lead level roles.
- Proven ability to source across complex, varied functions like Tech, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong mastery of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
- English proficiency required for persuasive candidate communication.
- Analytical and creative mindset with persistence in market research.
- Ability to work onsite in Berlin 5 days per week.
