- End-to-End ownership: Design, develop, deploy features from DB to UI
- System Architecture: Evolve scalable full-stack architecture and services
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices
- Collaborative Execution: Partner with Product & Design to translate problems into code
- Performance & Reliability: Improve performance and ensure reliability with tests
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years building production-grade web apps
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
- Backend: Go or Python, REST/GraphQL APIs
- Data Modeling: SQL & NoSQL databases: Cassandra, Redis, PostgreSQL
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
- Testing: Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Soft Skills: Strong written/verbal communication; team-first
- Browser Extensions: Experience a plus
