What you will do
- Uncover critical insights by forming and validating data-driven hypotheses.
- Identify global and local user behavior trends to guide product development.
- Analyze and interpret customer metrics to demonstrate value and impact.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimize performance for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to address ad-hoc analytical needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
- Strong background in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level or higher is mandatory).
- Ability to work in a Russian-speaking team environment.
