What you will do

• Act as a strategic analytics partner for Channel Ops, translating business requirements into scalable, AI-enabled data solutions.
• Design and maintain robust analytical models and automated pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Deliver high-impact dashboards and visual insights via Looker and Metabase for executive stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM) to automate insight generation, documentation, and performance reporting.
• Develop performance frameworks for partner incentives, variable compensation, and revenue optimization.
• Promote a data-driven culture by enabling teams through tooling and data literacy coaching.

Requirements

• Language proficiency: Fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo, Brazil.
• Advanced technical expertise in SQL and Python for building scalable models and workflows.
• Extensive experience with Google Workspace, specifically managing complex datasets in Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated experience with BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, and Google Analytics.
• Analytical mindset with experience in Business Intelligence, data strategy, or channel operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Prior experience in project management.
• Background in commercial ecosystems or performance-oriented environments.
