What you will do

• Analyze large datasets and identify actionable trends to support business planning.
• Own and automate monthly and quarterly business reporting cycles.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools to improve data visibility.
• Build data-driven business cases to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to lead optimization initiatives across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or financial modeling.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of DBT and data modeling best practices.
• Familiarity with B2B sales funnel metrics.
