What you will do

• Assist in the execution and adaptation of marketing materials including digital ads, social posts, and email campaigns.
• Produce and localize content ensuring cultural adaptation and relevance for the Iranian audience.
• Monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategy.
• Coordinate regional events, webinars, and local activations to strengthen brand presence.
• Act as a liaison between the regional marketing team and central teams to manage stakeholder expectations and work priorities.
• Support digital activities including SEO, paid media, and social channel management.

Requirements

• Professional experience in marketing, preferably within Finance or Fintech sectors.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, paid campaigns, and SEO.
• Fluency in both English and Farsi (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Iranian FX broker market and local consumer behaviour.
• Proficiency with CMS, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
