What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective business partners.
- Drive partner retention and growth by delivering exceptional relationship management and support.
- Formulate and execute market-specific growth and competitive strategies.
- Educate partners on trading platforms, tools, and company features to improve their performance.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and event teams to plan promotional campaigns and events.
- Manage a portfolio and pipeline, ensuring regular achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within the financial trading industry.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Deep knowledge of financial markets, technical/fundamental analysis, and Forex trading.
- Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to influence and persuade partners.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
