What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective business partners.
• Drive partner retention and growth by delivering exceptional relationship management and support.
• Formulate and execute market-specific growth and competitive strategies.
• Educate partners on trading platforms, tools, and company features to improve their performance.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and event teams to plan promotional campaigns and events.
• Manage a portfolio and pipeline, ensuring regular achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within the financial trading industry.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, technical/fundamental analysis, and Forex trading.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to influence and persuade partners.
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
