We are seeking a skilled and dedicated System Administrator / DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability clusters for mission-critical applications and databases.
- Administer and optimize Linux/Unix-based servers and infrastructure.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software deployment process and enhance the development workflow.
- Configure and manage containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure continuous performance monitoring and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with developers to support automation and integration tasks.
- Maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and backup strategies for databases and critical systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve and scale existing infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS (Amazon Web Services), utilizing services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance within AWS environments.
- Leverage AWS tools for monitoring, scaling, and cost management, including CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Auto Scaling.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with high-load systems and HA clusters (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases).
- Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar for automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix).
- Knowledge of log management tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar.
- Experience in implementing backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Strong expertise with AWS infrastructure and services, including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with AWS security best practices, such as IAM roles, security groups, and encryption.
