What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans tailored to new features and website enhancements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution, working closely with developers.
- Prepare and own the release plans for the WMI website, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met.
- Create detailed test reports and quality metrics to provide visibility into the health of each release.
- Perform thorough regression testing to ensure that new features don't negatively impact existing site functionality.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in Manual QA, and 2+ years specifically focusing on web-based applications.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and bug reports.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple release timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
