What you will do

• Manage project budgets, planning, and financial control.
• Supervise project commitments, timelines, and progress across the department.
• Monitor and report KPIs and project performance metrics.
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Create executive-level presentations and reports for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or similar roles
• Strong experience with MS Project and JIRA
• Experience preparing executive presentations for senior management
• Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking
• Proven experience delivering results aligned with KPIs
• Knowledge of project planning, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies

Nice to have

• PMI certification or Master’s degree in Project Management
• Experience with CMMI certification and quality standards
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL (2+ years)
• Familiarity with UML
• Knowledge of operating systems and server administration
