What you will do

• Define and own technical standards and web architecture for global platforms.
• Guide development across legacy CMS platforms and modern web frameworks.
• Review code and provide mentorship to senior, mid-level, and junior developers.
• Partner with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and environment reliability.
• Make critical decisions regarding tooling, frameworks, and technical best practices.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges and risk assessments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong proficiency with React and/or Vue.
• Solid background working with Drupal and WordPress.
• Proven track record of leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience designing shared platforms or design systems.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.
