AI Enablement Specialist

TL;DR

AI Enablement Specialist (AI/Automation): Supporting and enabling the successful adoption of Project Sidekick across the organization with an accent on providing Level 2/3 technical enablement for complex issues related to agent development, workflow logic, and tool integrations. Focus on building, testing, and iterating on proof-of-concept (POC) No-Code Agents to demonstrate feasibility and business value.

Salary: $85k-100k CAD

What you will do

• Support the adoption of Project Sidekick across the organization.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical enablement for agent development and tool integrations.
• Assist with platform configuration and connector integrations, ensuring permissions fidelity and accurate data ingestion.
• Build, test, and iterate on proof-of-concept No-Code Agents to demonstrate business value.
• Design, develop, and deliver training focused on Enterprise Search and agent utilization.
• Facilitate AI Labs workshops and validate AI use cases by translating business needs into requirements.

Requirements

• Experience developing and training others on low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Workday, Monday.com, Atlassian, and ServiceNow.
• Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and curriculum development skills.
• Understanding of API integrations, data indexing, and cloud environments (e.g., GCP).
• Ability to analyze and map business processes to define automation opportunities.
• As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

• Experience supporting enterprise search platforms or internal AI copilots.
• Background in business process optimization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience building internal communities of practice or champion networks.
