Salary: $135,600 – $204,380

What you will do

• Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI systems and product copilots from concept to production.
• Build and productionize RAG pipelines, reasoning agents, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Implement enterprise-grade guardrails for safety, data privacy, and mitigation of model hallucinations.
• Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks to track performance, latency, and business impact.
• Optimize AI system performance and scalability within cloud-native environments.
• Lead technical direction, collaborate with cross-functional product and security teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years dedicated to building/deploying production-grade Generative AI systems.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval architectures (RAG).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed backend systems.
• Proficiency with LLM orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and modern model APIs.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with ability to design reliable and secure AI architectures.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in SaaS or large-scale distributed environments.
