What you will do

• Lead the product vision, goals, and metrics through influence and expertise.
• Conduct high-quality product discovery with client research and synthesize insights.
• Define small, testable increments of customer value and validate assumptions about priorities.
• Regularly re-prioritize and re-plan based on feedback, market, and regulatory conditions.
• Collaborate with neighboring teams to co-create a great product experience.
• Contribute with secondary skills to support the team's needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management in B2C FinTech with direct exposure to external customers.
• Strong experience in product discovery and customer onboarding, including funnel optimization.
• Ideally, experience in UX/UI.
• Strong experience working with modern Agile product development approaches.
• Skills in market, competitive, and customer research, and defining customer value proposition.
• Ability to define, measure, and interpret product metrics and goals with direct business-mission impact.
