What you will do

• Develop strong relationships with artists, producers, and the Untold team.
• Participate in dailies, rounds, and reviews, taking notes and following up on feedback.
• Strategize and implement tasks and targets to ensure the delivery of episodic/feature projects on time and within budget.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, anticipating and communicating problems to the producer and resolving them swiftly.
• Manage new starters, sickness, and toil as appropriate.
• Work with the Producer and Executive Producer to build a detailed schedule and track progress/feedback through Shotgrid.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of VFX line production processes and workflows.
• Confidence in managing high-quality work and talented artists.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be proactive in managing information.
• Experience within shortform and/or longform space.
• Knowledge of Shotgrid is desirable.
