Salary: £41,500 – £50,941 (including London Weighting)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end post-production, including editing, grading, motion graphics, and sound design for short and long-form content.
• Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure all output meets creative, technical, and platform-specific guidelines.
• Contribute to ideation and conceptual thinking for digital and social media campaigns under the direction of a Senior Digital Producer.
• Respond to creative briefs with optimized content aligned with agreed objectives.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain efficient workflow, file management, and timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven expertise in post-production including grading, sound design, and media management.
• Experience creating multi-platform digital and social content.
• Strong editorial judgment and organizational skills for working under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience on shoots, including camera operation or handling kit.
