TL;DR

Senior Data Migration Consultant (Fintech): Deep diving into data used by business processes in investment management and ensuring clients are transitioning to our software with an accent on analysis, mapping, testing, and deploying data. Focus on optimizing data migration/onboarding processes and serving as a global knowledge center for data migration/onboarding.

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid model - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote. Occasional remote work across Poland and international options available (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year - subject to internal policy)

What you will do

• Participate in all aspects of hirify.global Dimension data migrations and Service onboardings, including analysis, mapping testing and deployment.
• Document client requirements and map to hirify.global Dimension functions and processes, identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
• Customize the data migration/onboarding processes to meet individual client requirements.
• Support the client in the execution of test cases, troubleshooting and resolving date migration issues.
• Provide documentation of migration data and reconciliations to support internal audit requirements.
• Work with colleagues to optimize the process and be the global knowledge center for data migration/onboarding.

Requirements

• Degree/master's within Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science or Engineering
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in the financial industry at business at asset managers, fund managers, insurers, or banks
• Knowledge of financial instruments and products, financial markets, stock exchange
• Solid accounting exposure to Investment Accounting, including Understanding of Debits and Credits
• Knowledge of writing out the parts of a/any transaction/capital market transaction
• Fluent in English, any other languages (German, French, Italian, Nordics) would be an asset
