What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers, fostering technical expertise and a customer-first mindset.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition to build and execute a strategic hiring plan.
- Drive operational alignment through forecast meetings, ensuring visibility into pipeline health and technical engagement readiness.
- Define and execute the regional technical strategy aligned to sales priorities and customer transformation goals.
- Engage directly with customers and partners, representing the technical voice of the region.
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architecture within enterprise technology.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring and developing technical teams.
- Experience collaborating with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning.
- Demonstrated success in forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and quota alignment with sales leadership.
- Deep understanding of data infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise IT architectures.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers, partners, and field teams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience in the Media and Entertainment vertical is highly preferred.
