What you will do

• Design, implement, and unit test software applications based on marketing requirements and functional specifications.
• Create and maintain technical design documentation supporting application development and system architecture.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to support software validation and verification.
• Participate in code reviews and promote continuous improvement of development practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in software engineering.
• Coordinate with Operations and Product Development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and system reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the United States.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or application development.
• Expert knowledge of Java architecture and Java-based enterprise technologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience with Oracle databases, UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
