Salary: $130,000 - $280,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Define and execute the engineering tooling roadmap to enhance productivity
• Own Kubernetes deployment and development tooling
• Build software and hardware testing frameworks
• Provide technical support to engineering teams
• Contribute to team growth and development

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in San Mateo, CA, United States
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles
• Strong expertise in C/C++ build systems and compilation processes
• Proven experience with Bazel in large-scale monorepos and custom rule authoring
• Knowledge of Bazel remote execution and caching strategies
• Experience with build system migration and modernization

Nice to have

• Experience with bzlmod and cross-platform C/C++ builds
• Background in build system performance optimization and incremental compilation
• Firmware development and deployment experience
