IT System Administrator (SaaS)

TL;DR

IT System Administrator (SaaS): Maintaining and securing internal IT infrastructure and cloud environments with an accent on Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management. Location: Hybrid role based in Tunis, Tunisia. Must be able to work evening shifts (approx. 4pm–midnight Tunisia time) to align with US West Coast hours.

What you will do

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize Azure-based cloud infrastructure and services.
• Provide Tier 1-3 technical support to internal users across global office locations.
• Manage end-to-end device lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the establishment of IT standards, security best practices, and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as a System Administrator in a mid to large enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies including Azure, M365, and Intune.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and security principles.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation, preferably with PowerShell.
• Fluent English is required for communication.
• Must be available for evening shifts covering US West Coast hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity governance, Conditional Access, or Zero Trust architectures.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and global SaaS-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Swedish or French.
