TL;DR
IT System Administrator (Microsoft 365/Azure): Operating and improving internal IT systems, cloud infrastructure, endpoints, and user support across a global, cloud-first environment with an accent on Microsoft 365, Azure, security, and automation. Focus on administering Entra ID and Intune, developing PowerShell automations, maintaining system reliability, and covering US West Coast hours from Tunisia.
Location: Tunis, Tunisia; hybrid. Evening shifts approximately 4pm–midnight Tunisia time are required to cover US West Coast hours.

What you will do
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve Azure-based infrastructure and services.
- Support system availability, performance, reliability, documentation, and security across supported platforms.
- Provide Tier 1–3 support to internal users across global offices and contribute to the IT Service Desk.
- Manage device provisioning, configuration, software deployment, and decommissioning.
- Develop PowerShell and Power Automate scripts and contribute to IT standards and service improvements.
Requirements
- Experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role within a mid-sized or large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and security principles.
- Experience with scripting or automation, preferably PowerShell.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and structured security-focused working skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required, and evening availability from approximately 4pm to midnight Tunisia time is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with identity governance, Conditional Access, or Zero Trust architectures.
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management processes.
- Experience in a global, SaaS-driven organization.
- Additional language skills such as Swedish or French.
