What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from initial research to final implementation.
• Identify user needs and challenges to drive data-informed product improvements.

• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across product touchpoints.
• Communicate design concepts and artifacts clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record.
• Strong foundation in UX and UI design with proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Experience conducting user research to guide design decisions.
• Ability to balance visual storytelling with data-driven conversion strategies.
