Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany with 8 days/month onsite and remote work up to 3 days per week. Work from anywhere within the EU for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Design and improve Libra’s website and landing pages to boost clarity, credibility, and conversion.
• Create user-friendly UI for Libra Academy including course pages, navigation, and components.
• Translate briefs into strong digital design solutions and maintain the UI design system.
• Design digital marketing materials aligned with brand and product needs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• Ensure all touchpoints feel premium, modern, and trust-building.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Berlin with 8 days/month onsite and remote flexibility within the EU.
• 2+ years of experience in digital/UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience designing websites, landing pages, responsive interfaces, and component-based systems.
• Proficiency in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with no-code website tools like Webflow or Framer.
• Basic understanding of UX principles.
