What you will do

• Design and balance game economy systems to ensure sustainable resource loops and healthy player progression.
• Create and maintain economic models using Excel or Python to simulate player behavior.
• Support the resolution of analytical challenges related to progression design and offer optimization.
• Co-own the execution of economy-focused features from concept to live-ops launch.
• Collaborate with product analytics to interpret A/B test results and drive actionable improvements.
• Communicate economic trade-offs to cross-functional teams including engineering, art, and design.

Requirements

• Based in Barcelona and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office).
• Resume/CV must be written in English.
• Approx. 1 year of experience in product analytics, associate product management, or game design.
• Strong quantitative background (degree in Physics, Mathematics, Business, or similar).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to articulate complex trade-offs clearly.
