What you will do

• Directly manage and mentor a team of 3–6 product designers, supporting their career growth.
• Lead design strategy for the Finance Experience group, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Oversee complex, high-quality design initiatives across multiple product workstreams.
• Stay hands-on with product design work to unblock execution and raise overall craft quality.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to advocate for user experience and design excellence.
• Shape design operations, processes, and frameworks to scale team performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• 2+ years of experience leading design teams and mentoring designers.
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS product design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency required for official office communication.
• Ability to work in-person in Barcelona 3 days a week.
