What you will do

• Define and oversee technical architecture and design for complex project challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support on critical projects.
• Structure technical activities, including task breakdown, prioritization, and monitoring.
• Coordinate and coach technical teams in both local and multicultural environments.
• Guarantee high delivery quality and adherence to project commitments.
• Implement and improve methodologies, best practices, and management tools.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Prague office 3 days per week.
• Proven experience as a senior architect on complex and challenging technical projects.
• Strong ability to operate effectively in poorly defined, rapidly growing environments.
• Operational, results-oriented profile with natural technical leadership credibility.
• Excellent communication skills with diplomacy and professional demeanor.
• Strong coordination and facilitation skills for technical team management.
