What you will do

• Take ownership of HR initiatives that support business success and enhance the employee experience.
• Partner closely with leaders to align HR strategies with company goals, provide proactive guidance, and influence key decisions.
• Anticipate challenges, act with urgency, and implement solutions that foster engagement, growth, and organizational effectiveness.
• Take ownership of workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent strategies to ensure the business is future-ready.
• Drive engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
• Coach and empower managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and manage performance effectively.

Requirements

• At least 2 year of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-tech company.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, including full-cycle hiring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset, coupled with strong public speaking and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and deliver messages to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
