What you will do

• Investigate and analyze cybersecurity incidents reported by global customers.
• Identify distinctive properties of threats and evaluate the system's decision-making logic.
• Propose and drive improvements to the detection engine capabilities.
• Summarize investigation findings for internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the email security tool.

Requirements

• Familiarity with hirify.global products, specifically the Email console.
• Strong grasp of fundamental email cybersecurity concepts.
• Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical peers and customers.
• Strong logical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills in unfamiliar security scenarios.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on system improvement and product growth.
