What you will do

• Implement agent-based AI solutions using the hirify.global Agentic AI platform.
• Develop advanced prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques to enable LLMs and agents to reliably author and execute complex workflows.
• Monitor and improve AI system performance, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Work closely with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions.
• Integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks, ensuring smooth and seamless deployment.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and promote knowledge sharing by adding to hirify.global’s knowledge base.

Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• A total of 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
• Proven experience in AI engineering, with a focus on agent-based systems.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations.
• Knowledge of implementing integration projects is essential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with any of the following: Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience working with integration platforms such as TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration/automation tools.
• Experience with cloud technologies—iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with in hirify.global.
• Experience working with cloud business apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Marketo.
