What you will do

• Oversee delivery of settlement, custody, and fiscal services according to international standards.
• Support development and implementation of automated, digitized services.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IT system improvements.
• Execute annual custody business plans and coordinate across organizational departments.
• Provide expert information to issuers and financial intermediaries.
• Streamline operational workflows and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of CSD (Central Securities Depository) business operations.
• Strong understanding of market standards and business workflows in the securities space.
• Proven project management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership.
• Must be based in Porto, Portugal.
