What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth through key partnerships.
• Lead and manage a professional team dedicated to Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliate management.
• Identify and penetrate new expansion regions in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and compliance departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Create training initiatives and educational resources to empower partners to promote services effectively.
• Define KPIs, set performance benchmarks, and oversee bonus structures for the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically with cryptocurrency and CFD products.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing high-value relationships with Affiliates and IBs.
• Strong understanding of partnership economics and go-to-market strategies.
• Expertise in market dynamics across SEA, Africa, and LATAM regions.
• Experience operating effectively within a matrix organization structure.
