What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to account managers and sales teams.
  • Ensure the accuracy of customer order data across billing and delivery systems.
  • Manage complex billing updates, including novations, credit notes, and site code changes.
  • Validate invoice dates and billing amounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Solution Engineering, Procurement, and Pricing Desk.
  • Support internal projects by providing sales administration expertise.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of business experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data entry.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal departments and international teams.

Nice to have
