What you will do
- Provide administrative support to account managers and sales teams.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer order data across billing and delivery systems.
- Manage complex billing updates, including novations, credit notes, and site code changes.
- Validate invoice dates and billing amounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Solution Engineering, Procurement, and Pricing Desk.
- Support internal projects by providing sales administration expertise.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of business experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Experience with Salesforce is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience working with CRM systems and data entry.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal departments and international teams.
