What you will do

• Launch new Bugbot features end-to-end, defining the product scope and building both UI and backend components.
• Evolve the review pipeline by adapting prompting strategies, model routing, and agent orchestration.
• Build integrations to embed Bugbot seamlessly into engineering workflows.
• Monitor and improve product quality, focusing on reducing false positives and increasing review utility.
• Design onboarding and adoption flows to drive daily active usage.
• Partner with ML and infrastructure teams to scale the system and inform model improvements based on real-world data.

Requirements

• Experience shipping full-stack product features end-to-end.
• Proven ability to move fluidly between model integration, backend logic, and frontend UI.
• Experience building or working on agents that integrate into CI/CD or code review workflows.
• Deep commitment to developer experience and iterative product improvement.
• Experience owning the full product feedback loop, from onboarding to iteration.
