What you will do

• Design and implement deep learning and NLP algorithms to enhance Alexa's conversational capabilities.
• Build and manage automated training and evaluation pipelines for production-level ML models.
• Analyze customer behavior patterns and build novel metrics to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models and maintain operational excellence.
• Conduct rigorous model performance analysis using A/B testing and statistical validation.
• Handle production issues and provide on-call support for critical machine learning systems.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java and ML frameworks.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical measurement methods.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, distributed team environments.
