What you will do

• Develop the vision for a hybrid infrastructure balancing on-prem bare metal and public cloud environments.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team of DevOps and SRE engineers.
• Oversee architectural design to ensure robust, scalable, and secure system solutions.
• Drive infrastructure automation initiatives to transition toward a No-Ops model.
• Manage hardware lifecycles, data center relationships, and cloud OpEx/CapEx budgets.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, including network isolation and access management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering
• English: C1/C2 proficiency required
• Strong expertise in Linux internals and server management.
• Deep understanding of L2/L3 networking, routing, BGP, and load balancing.
• Solid experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem (on-prem and EKS/GKE).
• Proven track record of technical team leadership and stakeholder management.
