Location: Must be based in San Francisco and work full-time onsite.

Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 USD base salary.

What you will do

• Design and build scalable APIs, libraries, and services to empower our digital asset platform.
• Manage functionality features from inception through deployment and customer integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new product features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for high-performance systems.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application responsiveness.
• Mentor peer engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in designing cryptographic solutions for enterprise-level systems.
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, or Rust.
• Deep understanding of cryptographic algorithms (RSA, ECC, AES, SHA).
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Proven background in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Full-time onsite presence in San Francisco is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of TSS and MPC cryptography.
• Familiarity with security standards like ISO 27001, NIST, and FIPS.
• Experience in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or centralized financial industry.
