What you will do

• Design and maintain complex fullstack software solutions for event management and automation.
• Write high-quality, testable code using Agile practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects on design and development.
• Mentor, coach, and advise junior developers to improve team skill levels.
• Create automated unit, system, and acceptance tests using a test-first approach.
• Perform code modifications, debugging, and high-level analysis of software systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Expert knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design patterns.
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to act as a technical lead and mentor within a team.
• Familiarity with Mainframe concepts is highly desired.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular or React.
• Strong background in automation tools and DevOps practices.
