What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term technical architecture for the global debt resolution platform.
• Drive cross-unit alignment to maximize reuse of core capabilities across Lending and Credit business areas.
• Design foundational systems for multi-market scalability to minimize per-country code divergence.
• Mentor senior engineers and engineering managers on architectural depth and system thinking.
• Partner with business leads and GMs to translate ambiguous credit constraints into clear strategic roadmaps.
• Balance long-term architectural vision with hands-on support for near-term feature delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to work from specified locations: Brazil, Canada, or USA.
• Strong background in designing high-scale, distributed backend systems.
• Deep experience in fintech domains such as Lending, Credit, or Payments.
• Proven track record of influencing architectural direction across multiple business units.
• Ability to navigate high-complexity environments and manage technical debt migrations.
• Fluency in English for cross-geo collaboration and documentation.
