What you will do

• Analyze and troubleshoot GA4 data patterns to detect anomalies and tracking gaps.
• Collaborate with business units to resolve discrepancies between GA4, Adobe Analytics, and reporting outputs.
• Recommend improvements to GA4 event design, naming conventions, and data collection strategies.
• Perform funnel, cohort, and attribution analysis to drive marketing performance.
• Design and evaluate A/B experiments using statistical validation methods like uplift and confidence intervals.
• Communicate technical tracking findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics.
• Fluent English (C2 level) required.
• Advanced SQL skills with proficiency in BigQuery.
• Deep hands-on expertise in GA4 analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong grasp of event-based data models and session vs. user-level analysis.
• Working knowledge of GTM and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
