What you will do

• Lead the development of a sustainable points ecosystem, defining core rules for tasks, rewards, and redemption cycles.
• Formulate mechanisms for point acquisition, consumption, recycling, and inflation control to ensure operational cost-efficiency.
• Establish core success metrics, including redemption and inflation rates, to guarantee long-term system stability.
• Design anti-cheating and anti-abuse strategies to protect the integrity of the economic system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, risk, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration across business units.
• Develop user communication guidelines to lower comprehension barriers and ensure transparency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in user incentive programs, membership systems, or economic design within gaming, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record in end-to-end project leadership, specifically building systems from 0 to 1.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for independent calculation, cost budgeting, and inflation modeling.
• Solid understanding of financial product logic and compliance boundaries regarding high-risk behaviors.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required for coordination with international stakeholders.
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills to align technical, compliance, and business requirements.

• Hands-on expertise in game numerical planning and balance adjustment.
