Salary: $165,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using state-of-the-art LLMs
• Engineer prompts and multi-step reasoning flows for improved reliability and speed
• Develop retrieval pipelines, memory systems, and tool-calling integrations
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy and tool correctness
• Optimize system latency, throughput, and operational costs in production
• Create datasets for benchmarking and fine-tuning agent models

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Machine Learning
• Minimum 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python with secondary experience in Go or TypeScript
• Experience with LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks
• Strong data-driven experimental mindset for performance optimization
• Must be able to work in an onsite environment

Nice to have

• Background in applied research or systems performance optimization
• Experience building LLM benchmarking or evaluation harnesses
• Knowledge of distributed systems and real-time infrastructure
