What you will do

• Design and maintain full-stack web applications and integrations for internal studio tools.
• Extend Atlassian platforms like Jira and Confluence via custom plugins and APIs.
• Manage and optimize internal databases, including MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Work across distributed systems to ensure reliability and performance of internal tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex workflows into scalable solutions.
• Manage project lifecycles from architecture through deployment independently.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to work in Santa Monica, CA
• Proficiency in server-side development using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with Atlassian product customization and administration.
• Capability to iterate on front-end interfaces using Vue and Tailwind.
• Strong background in database migration, administration, and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud/on-prem infrastructure, containerization, and Terraform/Ansible.

Nice to have

• Professional or hobbyist video game development experience.
• Ability to read and write applications in C++.
