What you will do

• Perform business modeling and process analysis to identify strategic opportunities and optimize client outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating complex concepts and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Spanish: Fluent proficiency required
• English: Upper intermediate (B2) or higher required
• Hands-on experience leading discovery engagements, problem framing, and hypothesis validation.
• Proven ability to shape product strategy and translate it into clear roadmaps with defined metrics.
• Experience with business modeling, process analysis, and working in compliance-heavy or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in client-facing roles.
