What you will do

• Design and maintain Generative AI Agents, MCP Servers, and function tooling using Python.
• Build innovative features to automate customer tasks and business processes.
• Develop custom multi-agent frameworks for complex workflow automation.
• Implement secure-by-default code patterns to ensure data privacy and system integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Python software development.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions, agentic systems, and multi-agent workflows.
• At least 2 years of experience with flagship GenAI provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock).
• At least 1 year of experience developing AI Agents and Agent Orchestration Frameworks.
• Strong background in security best practices including XSS and SQL injection prevention.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and embedding pipelines.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of government compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST AI RMF).
• Experience with model fine-tuning and local LLM deployment.
