What you will do

• Lead development, configuration, and deployment of conversational AI systems tailored to enterprise workflows.
• Develop deep expertise in platform architecture to design scalable and reliable client solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent client needs and communicate roadmap direction.
• Design creative solutions to overcome integration constraints while maintaining system stability.
• Own system reliability, performance, and scalability, ensuring strict SLAs are met.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients, leading discussions and troubleshooting production issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US West Coast (PST timezone).
• 2-5 years of client-facing experience in solution implementation or technical consulting.
• Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with Python programming, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes deployments.
• Familiarity with VoIP protocols such as SIP and RTP.
• Native-level English proficiency.
