What you will do

• Architect and evolve classification systems and taxonomy for product content discovery and grouping.
• Design and govern terminology systems ensuring clarity and consistency across teams and markets.
• Develop localization-ready content frameworks optimized for translation and internationalization.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Localization to build scalable content-as-code systems.
• Use UX research and analytics to inform taxonomy and messaging decisions aligned with company OKRs.
• Drive measurable improvements in content discoverability, clarity, and brand equity.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work remotely within the Eastern Standard Time zone.
• Native English speaker required; Portuguese is a plus.
• 5+ years experience in UX writing, content design, taxonomy, or related system-level content work.
• Proven experience with classification systems, glossaries, and localization workflows.
• Skilled in content tools such as Figma and content management systems; experience with localization platforms like Lokalise preferred.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with asynchronous communication and strong ownership.
