What you will do

  • Own end-to-end deployment of AI solutions, including discovery, scoping, and production rollout.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into deployable AI-driven workflows.
  • Integrate agentic systems into enterprise architectures using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
  • Manage project execution, including risk management, milestone tracking, and launch coordination.
  • Establish feedback loops to monitor KPIs and drive continuous system improvement post-launch.
  • Debug production issues related to model behavior, data quality, and system integrations.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in production software development or applied AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for enterprise workflow integration.
  • Experience with cloud-native development, deployment, and observability patterns (AWS).
  • Proven ability to deliver AI solutions that automate and scale operational processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or similar agentic orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and operating AI systems in regulated environments.
