Requirements

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow AIOps and Agentic AI implementation.
• Solid background in Experience Design ServiceNow.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional environments.
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.
