What you will do

• Lead all phases of study management from planning and setup through monitoring and closeout.
• Develop and manage study documentation, equipment tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor study timelines and ensure compliance with key milestones.
• Oversee study financials including budget reviews, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Facilitate negotiations and communication between internal teams and external customers.
• Identify study risks and implement mitigation strategies while documenting resolutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Costa Rica
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Working knowledge of the drug development process.
• English: Professional proficiency required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid passport and ability to travel up to 20%.
