What you will do

• Own end-to-end increments from scope through build, demo, and handoff.
• Develop across the full stack using frontend, backend, and LLM integrations.
• Utilize coding agents and agentic engineering workflows to accelerate delivery.
• Partner with product and pre-sales teams to define client solutions and trade-offs.
• Identify opportunities for pattern reuse across multiple client projects.
• Document builds to ensure maintainability and successful project handoffs.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering proficiency with a history of shipping end-to-end solutions.
• Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling, including multi-agent orchestration and context engineering.
• Excellent communication skills capable of translating technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with multiple projects and tight timeboxes.
• Product-minded approach with a focus on delivering usable and coherent user experiences.
• Must be located in Poland (remote or hybrid).
